Giving a new meaning to the traditional “tartine” (a slice of bread with a spread of butter and jam) our exceptional jams are the highlight of breakfast or snack . Each jam is made with the best and freshest local grown fruit purchased from vendors at Larchmont=s Farmers Market , The Orchards of Conklin, in Pomona, upstate New York, and Newgate Farm in Connecticut. The freshly picked fruit is cooked in a traditional way in a copper pot, with just the right amount of sugar and all natural ingredients, then poured into sterilized glass jars while still hot; the steam gives its tight seal. We never use pectin or any artificial ingredient.
