organized its annual gala tasting, Taste
of New York, at the Puck Building
on Monday, November 7. A celebration of
the best chefs in the city, more than 20
chefs from the city’s top rated restaurants,
including Alain Ducasse at the Essex House,
Alto, Blue Hill, Butter, Café Boulud,
Chanterelle, Gramercy Tavern, and Nobu
57, each presented their signature dish
to the 800 guests from 7 to 9pm (VIP hour
from 6 to 7pm). Guests, chefs, and participating
staff were offered Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte
featuring Brut blue label and minis served
from the main bar. The event was a great
success. The champagne even ran out just
before the end.
