“Rising
Star Review: Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte and
the best chefs in the US”

Nicolas Feuillatte was chosen by Star Chefs to be the
Champagne of choice at all of their “Rising Star Review” events in the
US. The organization is known for choosing and recognizing
up and coming culinary talents from upscale restaurants
all over the US. The first “Rising Star Review” of
the year occurred in New York city in April 2005, followed
by Las Vegas (September), San Francisco (October) and
Chicago (December). Each time, the event began with a
V.I.P reception featuring Palmes d’Or, while the
attendees of the main event enjoyed specialty dishes
prepared by all the Rising Star Chefs matching Champagne
Nicolas Feuillatte brut.
The night was spent by all chefs and their staff in a
local hip club where more Champagne consumption was called
for, but this time by the hard working chef’s
teams!
